Guild Meeting Minutes

The Quilting Guild of the Villages met July 7,
2009
Meeting called to order by Pres., Cheryle Hahnfeldt at 7 pm. We all
recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
Secretary's minutes of June 2, 2009 Guild meeting were read and approved.
Tres. Carol Knoll gave a complete tres. report, including the checking
account balance of $24,603.66. We have 515 members at this time.
Vice-Pres. Sharon Hall thanked everyone for attending. She reminded us of
the Garage Sale on Aug. 4 and mentioned there would be 40 tables
available. Chapter Pres. should call Sharon a week before the meeting and
request tables.
There will be no " show and tell" At Aug. meeting.
Quilt Show 2011--each chapter received a list of the proposed quilt
categories.
Pres. Hahnfeldt reminded us about the West Palm Beach Quilt Show Nov.
13,14,15.
We enjoyed a delicious buffet of picnic foods, and played
Bingo.
Meeting adjourned at 8:40pm.
