 Quilting Sisters of Leesburg has openings in the following classes with quilt instructor Jenny Raymond:

          Thursday, November 19 -- Trunk Show (9:00 AM); Scarf class 12:30 PM

Chatham received a $250 Grant from the Guild.  This money is to be used for charitable or educational purposes.

Guild Survey:  If you haven't already done so, please send your responses to Kay by the second week of October. 

The monthly Guild Meeting is 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 6, at Laurel Manor.  This month's program is Demo Night.  Future programs are as follows:

Election of Officers:  The Nominating Committee, Barbara Hill and June Gist, is looking for a candidate for the position of President.  Please see Barbara or June if you would consider running for this office.

BUS TRIP TO THE WORLD QUILT SHOW IN WEST PALM BEACH -- Dates have been changed to Nov. 13-14 (one night instead of two).  Let Joy Lynch know if you are interested ASAP!!

CHATHAM QUILTERS RETREAT 2010 - March 8-11, 2010.  This year the retreat will be 4 days/3 nights.  More information coming soon.

Secret Sisters:  Third Tuesday of the month (October 20).

BLOTTO:  Congratulations to June Gist, the winner of the September Blotto.  See June if you would like to participate in the next blotto.

UFO Challenge:  The final UFO is #1 on your list.  It should be completed by November 24.

Chatham Quilters Holiday Party will be on December 15.  This year it will be a catered party.  More information will follow.
